Getting started
Connect VSLZ in a few minutes.
Add VSLZ as a remote MCP server in a supported host, then ask for the visualization you want to see.
1. Add the server
Use the MCP connection flow in your host and add the VSLZ endpoint:
/mcpConnection surfaces change over time. If your host uses a different label than “Connectors” or “MCP servers”, follow the host’s current documentation and keep the endpoint unchanged.
2. Ask for a focused visual
Give the model the analytical question, the data, and the desired audience. VSLZ’s tool descriptions help the model choose the renderer.
Show the main drivers of Q2 margin change as a waterfall chart. Use one insight headline, label the largest positive and negative drivers, and keep the source note visible.
3. Check the result
- Does the insight say what the evidence shows?
- Are labels and units clear without opening a tooltip?
- Is color reserved for the point that matters?
- Would a diagram or network communicate the structure better?
